SEE ABOVE EXAMPLES - Basic Design would include words, no clipart or special effects. One or two basic colors. Fonts and style/design are up to designer, unless specified at time of purchase. Limited to two changes after mock up is provided.
PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS in the "PERSONALIZATION" section of this order form. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SENT. This is a digital download. Proof/mock up will be provided within 48 hours. Once complete, the PNG design file will be emailed to you as the email address you provide. Please be prepared to check messages in Etsy to provide answers to any questions designer may have.

DESIGNS A LA ME will create custom designs and provide the CUSTOMER with a copy of the PNG file, if requested, as well as Ready-to-Press DTF and Sublimation transfers of all sizes. Design & printing services are quoted individually to each CUSTOMER, based on information provided by the CUSTOMER.

You must submit your ideas and requirements with quantities to be printed in order for us to provide you an accurate quote. FONTS, COLORS & IMAGES are ALL based on designer interpretation. “Like” fonts/colors/images will be used unless customer provides a specific FONT, COLOR CODE or TRANSPARENT IMAGE. All custom work is REQUIRED to be approved by the CUSTOMER prior to printing/shipping. We will do our best to create a design similar to photos and information provided, but UNLESS YOU KNOW THE FONTS, we cannot guarantee the exact font will be used. All artwork will be original and remains the property of DESIGNS A LA ME & it’s associates. Minor changes/adjustments to designs will be made within reason without an additional charge. Changes/adjustments may be subject to an additional fees. All designs may be reused and resold by DESIGNS A LA ME & its associates. The exception to this would be a custom design that includes specific company names, photos or logos. Invoices for custom designs and printing orders MUST BE PAID prior to beginning the design and/or printing process.

PRINTING REQUIREMENTS
ALL digital files must meet the following criteria in order to be printed:
Quality should be 300 DPI/118 PPI
PNG or Vector files are accepted, Vector is always preferred
Design file MUST have a fully TRANSPARENT background.

We PRINT IN A CMYK! Images that were designed with a RGB color profile will be converted over to a CYMK profile for the best outcome.

All artwork will be printed as submitted. WE WILL NOT EDIT YOUR ARTWORK. DESIGNS A LA ME & its associates are not responsible for quality issues as a result of poor quality/low resolution files provided. We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry images, as artwork is printed as submitted. PLEASE ENSURE that your images meet our above criteria and review the proofs provided. DESIGNS A LA ME will NOT issue REFUNDS or REPRINT due to poor quality image submission.
